What is the promotion?

In celebration of the release of Disney∙Pixar's Incredibles 2 this summer, Plenty are giving away 10,000 Incredibles 2 plush toys from 04.06.2018 to 30.11.2018.

Plus, all valid entries will be in with the chance of winning a ten day super family adventure for five to Queenstown, New Zealand which will be won through a prize draw on 03.12.2018 (entries must be received by 23:59hrs on 30.11.2018).

How long is the promotion running for?

The promotion will be open from 04.06.2018 to 30.11.2018. The prize draw will take place on 03.12.2018.

Is the promotion running on all packs of Plenty?

No, the Plenty promotion will only run on the following Plenty ‘The Stylish One’ products:

  1. Plenty The Stylish One 1 roll
  2. Plenty The Stylish One 2 roll
  3. Plenty The Stylish One 3 roll
  4. Plenty The Stylish One 4 roll
Is there an age limit for entry?

To enter the promotion you must be 18 years or over.

Do I need to buy Plenty to enter the promotion?

Yes, you will need to buy a participating promotional pack of Plenty in order to enter the promotion unless you are in Northern Ireland. In which case, there is no purchase necessary and participants can get their no purchase necessary (NPN) code by contacting info@plentywins.co.uk. We will require proof of address before we can send out a NPN code.

Where can I buy a promotional pack?

You can buy a promotional pack of Plenty in most major retailers while promotional stocks last.

Entering the promotion
How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion you must purchase a participating promotional pack of Plenty. Visit www.plentywins.co.uk/Incredibles2 and enter your full name, contact telephone number and a genuine email address along with your promotional unique code which is found on the inside of every promotional pack.

It will then be revealed whether you have won one of the 10,000 Incredibles 2 plush toys. If you’re a winner you will be asked to enter a delivery address and confirm your personal details so we can send you your prize.

All valid entries, whether a winner of an Incredibles 2 plush toy or not, will be entered into the prize draw to be in with a chance of winning the super family adventure for five to Queenstown, New Zealand.

I’m not in the UK, can I still enter?

This promotion is running in the UK and Republic of Ireland only. Unfortunately, if you don’t live in these countries, you cannot enter this promotion.

Is there a no purchase necessary (NPN) entry route for this promotion?

There is a NPN entry route for entrants in Northern Ireland only.

If you live in Northern Ireland, you can get an NPN code by contacting info@plentywins.co.uk. We will require proof of address before we can send out an NPN code.

Why do you need my details?

We will need your details for validation purposes, and if you are a winner we will need these details so you can claim your prize.

If you win an Incredibles 2 plush toy, you will need to provide a valid UK or ROI delivery address so we can send you your prize.

We will also need a valid phone number and email address. This is so we can contact the winner of the family adventure to New Zealand. Therefore, please take care entering all of your details.

Will my details be passed on to anyone else?

The information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and will be stored for the duration of the promotion only. All details will be securely stored and destroyed 6 months after the end of the promotion.

Where can I find my promotional pack code?

You can find your code by locating the black box on the back of pack and turning your packaging inside out. Here you will find your alphanumeric 8 digit promotional code to enter onto the microsite.

How will I know if I have won?

We will tell you instantly on screen if you have won an Incredibles 2 plush toy. Once you have claimed your prize, we will also send you an email confirmation.

The winner of the final draw on 03.12.18 will be contacted within 48 hours of this date via telephone, being subject to a verification process.

How many prizes are there to be won?

There are 10,000 Disney∙Pixar's Incredibles 2 plush toy characters to be won; Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, Violet, Dash and Jack Jack.

There is one ten day super family adventure to Queenstown, New Zealand for a family of five to be won. The winner will be drawn on 03.12.2018 from all valid entries submitted between 04.06.2018 and 30.11.2018.

How often can I enter and how many times can I win a plush toy?

Each unique code can only be used once, but you can enter multiple codes if you have purchased multiple promotional packs of Plenty. There is no limit on the amount of times you can enter the promotion, unless you enter through no purchase necessary in Northern Ireland where restrictions apply.

I haven’t received my confirmation email about the delivery of my plush toy, what does this mean?

Please check your junk folder for your confirmation email. If you are still having trouble locating it, please contact us here.

How do I know which character I will get?

The Incredibles 2 plush toys will be randomly allocated, and we will tell you on screen which character you’ve won when you reveal your win! We will make every effort to make sure you don’t get the same character twice.

If I win a plush toy, do I have to claim my prize straight away?

No, if you win an Incredibles 2 plush toy you will be asked on screen to enter your personal details including your name, email address, phone number and address of delivery so we can send you your prize.

If you would rather claim at a later time, will send you a confirmation email which will contain a link allowing you to enter your details and claim your prize at a time that suits you. You must claim your prize within 7 days of your win.

You’ll receive your prize within 45 days of submitting your prize claim. We will of course try to get your toy to you as quickly as possible.

What if I want to exchange my prize for cash?

Unfortunately there will be no prize or cash alternative. Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable.

How will I receive my Incredibles 2 plush toy?

Your Incredibles 2 plush toy will be posted to your address in a presentation box, and we aim to deliver within 45 days of your prize claim date. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery, if your prize does not arrive in the post within 45 days please do get in touch with us at info@plentywins.co.uk and we will be more than happy to look into this further.

What does the Super Family Adventure to New Zealand include?

Your ten day trip to Queenstown, New Zealand for you and your family (based on two adults and three children of 16 years or younger) includes the following:

How many holidays are there to be won?

There is one holiday to be won. One winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place on 03.12.2018.

What if I’m not a family of two adults and three children?

The prize is based on two adults and three children. If you win, your travel advisor will work with you to ensure the prize package includes the best experience suitable for your family.

What if I (or my family members) cannot take part in the activities provided?

Your travel advisor will do their best to tailor your prize package to suit your family’s needs to ensure the best experience is had.

How do I book my trip?

Once we have validated your claim, a travel advisor will contact you to guide you through the entire booking process, ensuring you have all the right details and information.

If you win the super family adventure, you will be requested to provide three separate dates of preferred travel, giving at least 60 days’ notice prior to the departure dates requested, and the travel advisor will work towards fulfilling at least one of your preferred dates of travel.

Is my visa included in the prize?

No, but as a UK citizen you will not need to purchase a visa. Your travel advisor will be able to offer advice on filling in a visitor visa waiver form to ensure your entry into New Zealand.

If you do not hold a UK passport (but have a passport issued in another country), you may need to purchase a visa. If you win the holiday prize, your travel advisor will assist you in sourcing and applying for the correct visa to ensure your entry into New Zealand if it is required.

Is travel insurance included with my trip?

Yes, travel insurance is included in your trip. Your travel advisor will arrange the appropriate travel insurance for you and your family when booking your trip.

Are there any limitations as to when I can take my trip?

Yes, the holiday is subject to availability, and you cannot take your holiday during the set blackout dates. The blackout dates run across the peak Christmas period, including December 10 to January 5 annually.

If you win the super family adventure, you must give at least 60 days’ notice prior to your requested departure date and you must go on the holiday within 12 months of winning the prize.

I don’t want to go to New Zealand. Can I change the destination?

The holiday prize is as specified and cannot be changed, transferred or given as a cash alternative.

Can I change my prize for a cash equivalent?

No, the prize is as specified and cannot be transferred or given as a cash alternative.

I don’t want to go on the activities provided, can I swap them for something else?

The holiday package cannot be changed, though you may speak to your travel advisor to add on extras at your expense. If you win, your travel advisor will work with you to ensure the prize package includes the best experience suitable for your family.

Issues/Problems
The promotional pack code isn’t working?

Please ensure that you are entering all 8 digits of your promotional pack code. If you have entered your promotional pack code correctly and are still having difficulties with validation, please contact us at info@plentywins.co.uk.

The website crashed when I was entering my code, how will I know if I have entered the promotion?

If you try to enter your code again on the website and a message appears to say ‘this code has already been entered’ this will mean your previous entry has been successful.

If you successfully entered your code and the website has crashed before you were able to reveal if you won an Incredibles 2 plush toy, simply check your emails. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know you have won and where there will be a link allowing you to submit your address details to claim your prize. If you haven’t received an email it unfortunately means you haven’t won this time.
